The room wasn't clean enough. I found some dust on the furniture. also, the breakfast selection seemed limited. i expected more variety at a hotel of this supposed caliber! the service felt slow, especially when i requested extra towels. It took way too long for them to arrive. it seems like the staff need more training on how to handle requests efficiently.
