I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms offering a small bathroom in the living room and stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make my vacation enjoyable. The location was perfect for shopping and city sightseeing, although the dining options were limited. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Dubai.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The room offered a perfect view of the Burj Khalifa and had a comfortable desk, although the design seemed a bit old-fashioned and dark. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, especially the lady who arranged our complimentary shuttle to Dubai Mall. The location was stunning, close to Dubai Mall and easily accessible from the highways, but a bit challenging to reach the city center from. The dining experience provided a wide variety of delicious foods from around the world, although it would have been nice to receive more information about the available choices upon check-in. Overall, a pleasant experience worth the value.

The service by the accommodating and pleasant staff, especially Miss Danielle, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The in-house dining options catered to a wide variety of preferences but were not included in the rate. Overall, the location and service excelled, while the slightly late room service and dining expenses were minor downsides.

My stay at Dusit Thani in Dubai was truly special for my wife's birthday celebration. It was a fabulous and enjoyable experience at the Ground Floor Mathis Maison. The hotel offers some great features but also has some minor drawbacks.
